[pdal] tmp directory

Hi,

We have been trying to classify a lot of images, however it looks like
there's a bunch of tmp tif files created in the tmp directory that don't
get automatically cleaned up.    So after we run pdal ground on several
hundred images it fills up the disk.

Has anyone else encountered this, is this the expected behavior?
