[pdal] tmp directory

[Matthew Hanson]

Randomly generated filename (like tmpwp90g.tif).....although now that I
think about it, they could also have been generated during the p2g process.
  However in any case they aren't automatically cleaned up and was
wondering if anyone else had encountered it.
