[pdal] Entwine: Export data in ~4GB chunks

We have a large dataset (working in Register 360/Leica Cyclone/ReCap) and need to provide it to our client in files less than 4GB. I noticed the hierarchyStep command, but not sure if that will do the trick. Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated. I have some programming experience but I am new to Entwine.
