[pdal] [EXTERNAL] Re: filters reprojection problem

And, when I correct the typo in the path name ( seen after I had coffee
this morning) I get the same result.

Essentially, it seems I can work with the data without explicitly
specifying the vertical datum  ( in this specific case.)
