[pdal] Changing the value of pcd column

Hi,

Is it possible to use the PDAL to change the column value in a pcd file? My
goal is to create a new column which will initiate with a value of 1000 and
increment by 200 for the rest of the column values.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
