I've modified the docker build to include the E57 reader.  It should be included the next time it is generated.

Perfect, I'll be waiting for the next Docker.

You'd have to build PDAL yourself or find a version someone else has built that meets your needs.

Is there any documentation to do this ? like installing PDAL with e57 readers or with a particular filter ?
