[pdal] Set ESPG in header information

Hi,

I want to write on the header information of LAS files the EPSG. The LiDAR
is already projected.
The EPSG code is 7856 GDA2020.
Is it possible with pdal? Ideally want to run it using python and
avoiding to call it across the command line as subprocess.call or os.system
