[pdal] Delaunay triangulation and python

Ok

So I know that I can get a Delaunay triangulation from a ground mesh and
save that as a .PLY. I have been using that with great success for some
time.

What I have not worked out is how to get the faces into python directly. If
you execute the pipeline, you get back a Pointview with the vertices but I
cannot work out how to get to the faces.

Is this possible? Does anyone know how?
