[pdal] hi hg_delaunay and litree error..!

hello

i'm donghyeon, kim from south korea

i'm used the pdal lib. and pdal is very powerful code for analysis forest
inventory

but i have a issue when i do segment the hg_delaunay and litree

error code is All points collinear..!

my work process is here:

1. subsampling (filters.voxelcentroidnearestneighbor)
2. outlier remove (filters.outlier)
3. ground segment (smrf)
4. DEM extraction (hg_delaunay) -> error: all points collinear
5. tree segmentation (litree) -> error: all points collinear

it's probably collinear in the delaunay phase...!
it i extract the raster after using hg_nn or dem and run litree, no
error occurs. But it reacts like it's going on forever...

Please help me..!
