[pgrouting-dev] KSP integration into sew-devel-2_0 branch

Just checked in the tests for KSP, and it runs great on Linux, pg 9.2,
postgis 2.0.3.
Dave Potts - thank you for your work on this, it is a great addition.
Check out 2.0 and KSP, let me know if there are issues with anything.
Any help on the other issues would be appreciated.
