[pgrouting-dev] Pushed broken di-directional code to master

I have checked in my merged bi-directional dijkstra and astar code based 
on Razequl fork. Unfortunately, it currently crashes the server so I 
have temporarily disabled the tests in test-runner.pl.

I'll get back to debugging this but is will likely be later this week.
