[pgrouting-dev] OSGeo code sprint tasks

Hello community,

I will be making the pgRouting release 2.6 on the code sprint. taking place
on march 21 to 23 on Bonn.
This will be the first time I make a micro release with out making alpha,
beta rc etc, which I used to do.
Many reasons for that:
* alpha, beta- rc process are is normally done when Mayor version changes
* I hope, version 3.0 would be in 1 year, only the alpha shape function an
trsp need to be rewritten.

For the code sprint:
- new 2.5.3 version that works for posgres11-dev version.
- the new 2.6.0 that works also with postgres11-dev version.

If there is someone on the code sprint that can help, then we can make
2.4.3 that works for postgres11-dev version, otherwise, starting from
postgres 11, pgRouting 2.4 could not be used.

If you have time to test pgRouting 2.6 in develop branch, please do so and
keep me informed.
