Hi Vicky,

Is the meaning of "MOTION" more or less equal to how other projects call it
"RFC"?

Another question is, if it's intentional to use a Wiki page for that,
because it makes it impossible to discuss in comments.
If there is no specific reason to use a Wiki, shall we make it an issue?
