[pgrouting-dev] GSoC 2022: Week 7 Report pgr_hawickCircuits

Hello everyone, my week 7 report:

# Work done this week?
- Improving circuit driver implementation
- changing the visitor and function logic from struct to class
(pgRouitng standard)
- making the visitor ready to output to the circuit container
- improved the error handling in function logic
- running the function with output up to the node, will be continuing next
week with the remaining columns to be filled.
- pushed the example function for reference

- Nothing
