[pgrouting-users] postgis 2.0 and postgresql 9.1

Hi Pieter,
Current PostGIS 64 bit windows binary built with mingw 64,
and I think following build instruction was finally used.
http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/DevWikiWinMingW64

In case of pgRouting, remove PostGIS specific instruction(GDAL/GEOS/GTK+
.etc) from above site,
and add pgRouting specific instruction(Boost/CGAL(with GMP)/GAUL).

Currently, I think that pgRouting mingw 64 bit build will be spent 3-5
days,
while msvc 64 bit build will be spent 20-30 days,
because msvc approach needs full analyzation of Shooting Star(use Boost
Graph Library) algorithm,
and I have not enough knowledge about Boost Graph Library and C++ template
technique.
