[pgrouting-users] Make pgrouting doesn't find postgres include dirs

gcc-c++ --version is 4.1.2-54.

is it the case that this version is too old?

can i exclude only kdijkstra somehow?

i realize trying this on Centos5.5 is next to futile but the circumstances
are unusual
