[pgrouting-users] Error to install PgRouting on windows server 2003

Hi,
when i install pgrouting, i get this message on pgAdmin III:
Une erreur s'est produite :
ERREUR: n'a pas pu ouvrir le fichier de contrôle d'extension "c:/program
Files/PostgreSQL/9.2/share/extension/pgrouting.control" : Permission denied.

I work on:
Windows Server 2003 R2
Entreprise x64 Edition
Service Pack 2.

PostgreSQL 9.2
Postgis 2.0
Pgrouting-pg92-binaries-2.0devw64.zip

I removed the extension file, and i execute the sql file
pgrouting--1.0.7.sql on postgresql.
i get this error :
ERREUR:  n'a pas pu charger la bibliothèque « C:/Program
Files/PostgreSQL/9.2/lib/librouting.dll » : unknown error 5

I have no problem with pgrouting on my personnal pc (windows7 édition
familiale service pack1)
