[pgrouting-users] sew-devel-2_0 build problems

Hi Dave,

tools/doit is a trivial script:

#!/bin/sh
rm -rf build
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DWITH_DOC=ON -DWITH_DD=ON ..
make

The sphinx error can be worked around by removing -DWITH_DOC=ON from the 
cmake line.

I just made the script because I have to run it a million times a day 
when I'm changing stuff and merging code.
