Hi Spencer,

Asking on this list is not a bad idea.
osm2pgrouting's documentation is right now a Wiki page on Github:
https://github.com/pgRouting/osm2pgrouting/wiki/Documentation-for-osm2pgrouting-v2.1

And there is a chapter about osm2pgrouting in the workshop:

Have you checked the tables created during osm2pgrouting?
