[pgrouting-users] Release of pgRouting 2.3.0(Thanks and questions about stable proposed functions)

!st I would like to say to Vicky and the rest of the team for getting this release out.

Some proposed functions are listed e.g.

pgr_dijkstraCostMatrix 
Is there any sort of timescale when they are going to be supported , worked on etc.

	* vs1013: Postgis 2.2 Postgres 9.4
