[pgrouting-users] "procedure could not be found" when enabling pgRouting

Hi David,

By the looks of it, your pgRouting binary seems to be for Postgres 9.6.
This location (https://winnie.postgis.net/download/windows/pg13/buildbot/)
seems to have the experimental pgRouting and PostGIS build for PG13.
