[Portugal] Migrar Mapserver de Windows para Ubuntu 10.04

Ola

O map file parece em ordem, infelizmente o  mapserver pode ser bastante
"manhoso".....

Eu comecava por testar o outputformat e trocava o existe for algo mais
simples do genero:

OUTPUTFORMAT
  NAME png
  DRIVER "GD/PNG"
  MIMETYPE "image/png"
  IMAGEMODE PC256
  EXTENSION "png"
END


E no style evitava coisas como:


  COLOR -1 -1 -1
