[Portugal] Migrar Mapserver de Windows para Ubuntu 10.04

Obrigado Jorge pela dica... nesse processo de migração em que é
necessário efectuar um serie de alterações acabamos por esquecer
alguma coisa...

Já resolvi o problema... estava a esquecer o mais importante, importar
os dados no postgis :P
