Boas,

Eu normalmente converto com o ogr2ogr ou gvsig.


Mas com o ogr2ogr basta > ogr2ogr -f "ESRI Shapefile" output.shp input.kml


Podes também ter de adicionar o -skipfailures > ogr2ogr -skipfailures -f
"ESRI Shapefile" ...


Se quiseres transformar logo para d73 (melhor usar as 
http://www.fc.up.pt/pessoas/jagoncal/coordenadas/parte3.htm grelhas   >
ogr2ogr -f "ESRI Shapefile" s_srs EPSG:4326 -t_srs "+init=pt:d73hg +wktext"
