A Post-Doc Fellowship, financed by the European Community, is available within the European Marie Curie Initial Training Network “CHANGES”: ‘Changing Hydro-meteorological Risks – as Analysed by a New Generation of European Scientists’. (www.changes-itn.eu). The overall aim of the network is to analyze the effect of environmental changes on the risk for hydro-meteorological hazards and management. 12 Early Stage Researchers (PhD students) have been working on this topic since January 2011. We are now looking for a researcher who will work together with these PhD students and two fellow experienced researchers. 




The objective of the position is to develop and implement a tool for probabilistic risk assessment of geohazards (landslides, floods) in a web-based environment, including the design of a multi-hazard Spatial Data Infrastructure.
