[Portugal] Label features no mapfile

Viva,

Defina a propriedade* LABELITEM "<campo>"* ao nivel da LAYER, ou
então,*TEXT "teste"
* ao nível da LABEL.

Não tenho aqui a documentação por isso não sei ao certo o que acontece
quando não se definem nenhum destes valores...
