[postgis-devel] BUGFIX: translate() and transform() failing to update bbox cache

Writing a report on bbox cache behaviours I've found and fixed
a bug in translate() and transform() which were failing to update
the bbox cache (for LWGEOM). Current CVS contains the patches.
To save data you might have already produced that way a
dropBBOX(addBBOX(geom)) will fix that.
