[postgis-devel] loader/dumper tests support

I've extended the regress/run_test script
to handle test for loader/dumper.
There's a README file under regress/loader that
explains how does the test work. Currently only
MULTILINE tests are provided for all dimensions.

Michael: could you give  the new code a try under Solaris ?
