[postgis-devel] Recheck Considered Harmful (or, at least, Slow)

I'd very much like to keep this in 1.3, unless we find something
requiring a larger patch to make it work. It's simple simple stuff and
so very effective. I think if testing bears it out, we should let it
stay.

And please, lets get that point release on the streets! :)
