Well it don't have a win32 available around me, so i can't test by  
myself.

But upon the diff you initialy provide, there was 2 kind of differences:
- 15' digit  -> and the latest patch provided should fix that
- wrong integer round on bbox coordinates ->  and for theses i affraid  
it will still fail
   (16 tests concerned)
