This report is to suggest linking all occurences of SRID word in the
PostGIS documentation to SRID article in Wikipedia
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SRID).

The PostGIS manual does not provide in-depth explanation of the SRID
concept, so it would be helpful to explicitly point relevant resources.

Also, known SRID values used in examples could be linked to corresponding
entries in spatialreference.org. For example, 4326 linked to
http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/4326/
