Not really. If 1.3.5 passes all tests on the same box then it should be 
considered a regression. It's probably worth giving Olivier a poke, as 
we spent some time at the code sprint adding precision specifiers to the 
regression tests to remove this problem. I can't remember whether the 
changes were done for the 1.3 branch as well as trunk though.
