[postgis-devel] About the ST_ prefix

Yes I think OGC (the old standard is non-prefixed and the MM new is
ST_), but I've since forgotten old so except for GeometryType.
I use the term OGC interchangeable with MM (I mean OGC is really an
organization right so its a misnomer to begin with?)

Indeed I wouldn't worry and *never* use it, unless doing code supposed
to be portable across ISO-SQLMM standard dbs, in which case I'd only use
ST_ prefixed ones and count on them to be standard.

Beside, doesn't OGC expect non-prefixed ones ?
