[postgis-devel] Vote for 1.4 Release

OpenSUSE 11 8.3 polygonize_garray seems to be doing something funky with
with polygons.

I new I should have left well enough alone.  Anyrate I'll try blowing out my
svn and redownload.

If you could take a look and see if this looks like anything to be worried
about.
