Thanks. Will change that. I think these functions went thru some naming
interations so the example was probably using the original name

I just noticed that the documentation of the new function
ST_LineCrossingDirection is slightly wrong. In the example the function is
called ST_CrossingDirection instead of ST_LineCrossingDirection.
