 Well I compared my torture test before and after the patch and got the
 same exact answer so I assume your desire to get the same answer for non-
 nulls as Paul affirmed is correct.

 Okay good I thought I was imagining things for a moment that I had
 sometimes seen this behavior in 1.3.  So I guess we are just seeing it
 more now because Paul exposed the carpet a little bit and the bugs started
 flying out.  Sorry for the gross graphic, but couldn't resist it. :)
