Yeah, I was thinking an SVN repo of the website makes more sense than what we have now.  I could setup an autobuild to 
update the site whenever the repository is updated.

So you're thinking a separate PostGIS repository http://svn.refractions.net/postgis-web?  Who would have commit access? 
  All PostGIS committers or only those who make up the core PSC?  Jeff, are you OK with this?
