I was actually thinking the same repo:
software: svn.osgeo.org/postgis/trunk
web: svn.osgeo.org/postgis/website
postgis.refractions.net can snap from svn.osgeo.org/postgis/website as
easily as anywhere else, and our code/content history will be in sync.
