[postgis-devel] Issue 142 in postgis: 1.4 snapshot build is broken

Perhaps the infrastructure move will come sooner than later... I'll
ask osgeo.org SAC if they can have an SVN instance ready for us. And
I'll start my own private fun of figuring out how to extract the bugs
from the tracker.
