[postgis-devel] Installing topology.sql

Alright guys, I think it's time for topology.sql to be
provided by installs.

The file is just plpgsql functions all installed in a 'topology'
schema, so doesn't really need any explicit 'unloader'
(you'd just drop the 'topology' schema)

Do you think it's worth adding a --with-topology configure switch ?
As there's really no depedency so maybe that's too serious ...

I'd just generate the topology.sql file by default and install near
the others (spatial_ref_sys.sql for example).
