[postgis-devel] Dump offsets

Guess you already know this one... but ST_DumpRings
uses 0-based offset for rings while ST_Dump
and ST_DumpPoint use 1-based offset.

I just committed a fix to the documentation to make
the DumpPoints behaviour in presence of polygons reflect
reality.

It's kind of confusing do get 1 for the shell from ST_DumpPoints
and 0 for the shell from ST_DumpRings
