 The postgis problem seems to be solved if <sys/param.h> is included in
 lwout_wkb.c

 Mark, I see you removed <sys/param.h> from some other file in 2009-03-16
 according to the changelog with the comment that it isn't needed any more.
 It seems to be needed for mingw, is there any problem with adding it?
