 With some (too much) regularity (but not, sadly, all the time) the doc
 generation process hangs during the image generation phase. On one of (it
 varies) the images the process simply goes into an infinite loop and never
 completes. I just keep trying until I get a full build. This is on OS/X
 using the imagemagick from macports. Anyone else see this?
