 Please do try on a linux box. I'm getting no replication here on my OSX
 box. I'm going to just manually comb that particular code area for the
 kinds of thing that generally screw up Windows, but I don't hold out a lot
 of hope. Also see if the problem can be reproduced turning your jmeter
 down to just one concurrent thread (it should, because those processes
 should be isolated).
