[postgis-devel] WKB types: polyhedral surface, tin, triangle

I think it is fair comment to wonder why this new "modularized" spec
that is supposed to superset the old specs drops support for the curve
types that exist in SQL/MM-2006. They are enumerated on page 86, but
noted as being for "future use". Hey, we already use them!
