[postgis-devel] LWGEOM for PostGIS 2.0

Hi,

Related to PostGIS 2.0, i propose a first possible structure
improve for LWGEOM.

Could be discuss on Friday @Barcelona

Changes:
   - Have enough spaces for future types -> 255
   - Enlarge flags available to 8 (so 3 left available)
   - Add Vertical Datum concept
   - Use Box3D rather than Box2DFloat
