[postgis-devel] Difference between ST_CollectionExtract and ST_Dimension

  Hi,

I notice the ST_Dimension() return
0 = Point
1 = Line
2 = Polygon

instead

ST_CollectionExtract() use
1 = Point
2 = Line
3 = Polygon

Perhaps this is a unwanted difference ?
