 In my README I suggested that "set -e -u" be added to the generated script
 because it will make the script stop if there is an error.

 While this is great advice, I get errors when constraints are created that
 already exist if I run with "set -e", and the script just blows past them
 otherwise. There *may* be a problem with the generated code that "set -e"
 is uncovering (or it might be running the loader on a totally fresh DB
 would work, while I am trying to restart it).
