 Thanks Bborie.  I'm still having some issues.

 I still can't compile my 8.4. My 9.1beta3 compiles and check builds, but
 getting many raster check failures on the 9.1 version.  I'll post that as
 a separate ticket under raster since I think it might be pure raster
 issues or something different about my pg 9.1 configuration paths.
