 Can you try your garden tests using PostgreSQL 9.1 after creating a
 "crashdumps" directory in your cluster data directory?  I'm hoping that a
 dumpfile is generated.  Refer to section 15.7.5.1 of the following link.

 Assuming a dumpfile is generated, please attach to ticket.  Assuming this
 works, this might be of significant help debugging Windows crashes.
